- OutCider (5%): A rugged, unfiltered hard cider crafted with 100% fresh-pressed Oregon Jonagold apples. It’s crisp, raw, and wonderfully fruit-forward.
- The Bad Apple (10.5%): A massive flagship imperial cider aged on white oak and mellowed with local Meadowfoam honey. It delivers an incredibly smooth finish despite its high gravity (Restocked!).
Buffalo Creek Brewing
- Muttersholtz Hefeweizen (5.3%): Brewed right down the road in Long Grove, this traditional German-style wheat beer is an exceptional summer refresher. Expect classic, bright phenols of banana and clove over a soft, fluffy wheat backbone.
