- UPPER CASE Hazy DIPA (9.0% ABV): Twice dry-hopped primarily with Mosaic and supported by Galaxy, Citra, and Columbus. Built on a raw wheat and pilsner malt grist, this heavyweight explodes with overripe mango, juicy passionfruit, white wine grape, and sharp grapefruit zest over a lush, oily hop resin finish.
- Trailside Hazy IPA (6.8% ABV): Dry-hopped with Citra and Strata. A breezy, pillow-soft New England IPA brimming with sweet berry jam, ripe stone fruit, tropical passionfruit, and bright citrus peel.
- Fort Point American IPA (6.6% ABV): Trillium’s iconic signature pale/IPA release. Hopped with Citra and Columbus, it offers a classic balance of candied mango, ripe peach, and fresh grapefruit zest backed by a crisp, resinous pine bite.
- Fort Point – Hazy Edition (6.6% ABV): A soft, modern hazy interpretation of their signature brew. Loaded with Citra and Columbus for an ultra-juicy, low-bitterness profile overflowing with sweet citrus oils, tropical papaya, and soft pine.
- Mosaic Cutting Tiles Hazy DIPA w/ Wildflower Honey (8.5% ABV): Single-hopped with Mosaic and brewed with raw wildflower honey. The honey lightens the body while amplifying intense hop aromas of blueberry jam, candied mango, papaya, and a subtle floral nectar sweetness.
- Little Rooster American Pale Ale (5.8% ABV): A sessionable classic featuring a doughy malt foundation paired with bright, floral hop aromatics, zesty lemon-lime, and a clean, snappy finish.

- Omniscience & Proselytism Oak Barrel-Aged Wild Ale (5.1% ABV): Mature barrel-aged sour beer refermented to total dryness with local Texas Hill Country strawberries.
