Headliner Double IPAs on Draft
We’re kicking off this week’s new releases with two hop-forward powerhouses that redefine the DIPA game.
Brothership Brewing – Cryo Sleep (7.6% DDH West Coast DIPA)
This intense Double Dry-Hopped West Coast DIPA hits hard with a massive, dank punch. Brewed with Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata, and Nelson, it delivers bold notes of citrus, white grape, and pine, all finished with that classic, clean, and perfectly bitter West Coast bite. Reviewers praise its clarity and surprising smoothness for the style.

Hop Butcher for the World – Super Beer Shuffle (7.5% DIPA)
The masters of juicy IPAs are back with Super Beer Shuffle. This incredibly satisfying Double IPA features a hand-selected hop lineup of Simcoe, Rakau, and Amarillo. Expect bold notes of apricot, grapefruit, and mango, making for a super smooth and juicy double IPA experience. A classic Hop Butcher “citrus bomb” known for its tropical flavor profile.

Eagle Park Brewing Co. Relaunches in Lake County!
We’re beyond excited to welcome Eagle Park Brewing Company back into the Lake County, IL market! We have six fantastic beers from the Milwaukee brewery available now, ranging from popular sours to hop-forward IPAs and a classic lager:
- Blood Orange Kooler (5.0% Hard Seltzer): A vibrant and refreshing hard seltzer with juicy additions of blood orange.
- Spekto Kooler (5.0% Hard Seltzer): Hard seltzer with flavors of orange, tangerine, and “green,” often inspired by nostalgic soda flavors.
- Dunkel Lager (5.2% Dunkel): A classic German-style dark lager—malty, smooth, and highly drinkable with notes of bread crust and caramel.
- Set List Hazy IPA (6.5% Hazy IPA): Brewed with Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic hops, offering a hop-forward profile of citrus, tropical fruit, and hints of pine in a sessionable, easy-drinking body.
- Stare Into The Videoscope (6.8% NEIPA): A New England-style IPA double dry-hopped with Motueka, El Dorado & Rakau, promising soft texture and a burst of fruity, tropical aroma.
- Rind-Stone Cowboy IPA (6.3% IPA): An IPA brewed with Tangerine Peel & Blood Orange, balancing bitterness with bright, zesty citrus fruit flavor.

We secured two spectacular bourbon barrel-aged releases and a crowd-pleaser restock from our friends at Sketchbook:
- Four Roses Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brabant (10.2% Belgian Dark Ale): This Belgian dark strong ale was aged in Four Roses Bourbon barrels for twelve months. It features rich caramel and toasted malt flavors, enhanced by a smooth, warming barrel character and notes of dark dried fruit like raisins and plums.
- Celestial Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (13% BBA Stout): A deep, strong stout aged 12 months in Willett Bourbon barrels. It boasts velvety texture with vanilla, toffee, and dried fruit flavors, all wrapped in a smooth, warming bourbon finish.
