- Term Oil Fluffernutter (13.1% ABV): (Untappd Avg: 4.51) This decadent Imperial Stout was aged in bourbon barrels for well over a year. It is conditioned on dry roasted peanuts, peanut butter, marshmallow, and vanilla beans to perfectly recreate the classic Fluffernutter sandwich in liquid form.

- 2024 Bourbon County Brand Vanilla Rye Stout (14% ABV): The triumphant return of a legendary variant. This rye-based imperial stout spent 12 months in rye whiskey barrels before being conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans. Expect a complex profile of rich vanilla and lingering rye spice.
- 2025 Proprietor’s Bourbon County Brand Stout (14.8% ABV): Inspired by Baklava, this Chicago-exclusive release was aged in bourbon barrels and finished with walnuts, pistachios, cassia bark (cinnamon), and honey.
