- Wathen’s Single Barrel Bourbon (47%): Produced by eighth-generation distillers, Wathen’s is a true connoisseur’s bourbon. Known for its high-rye mash bill and meticulous single-barrel selection process, it delivers a rich, spicy profile balanced by deep notes of charred oak, caramel, and vanilla.
Monochrome Brewing
- El Venado (5.1%): A collaborative Mexican-style Lager brewed with our friends at Neuronova Brewing. This clean, crisp lager pays homage to the Venados Running Club and offers the ultimate light-bodied refreshment.
- Futuristic Funk (7.8%): This Hazy DIPA is a technical standout. Brewed with Citra and Dolcita hops, it is enhanced with Abstrax Skyfarm Series: Mango botanical terpenes to deliver a hyper-realistic, intense mango aroma that traditional dry-hopping simply can’t reach.
- Epsicle Layers (7.5%): An orange and vanilla Milkshake IPA featuring Citra hops. Think of this as a liquid “creamsicle” with a velvety mouthfeel and a bright, citrusy finish.
Pause Sparkling Water
- Grape Kush (20mg THC / 20mg CBD): A high-potency 1:1 collaboration with Neuronova Brewing. This sparkling water uses Grape Kush-derived terpenes for a functional, smoke-free social buzz that offers a balanced, relaxing experience.
Roaring Table Brewing
- All American Burger (7.2%): A “California Style” IPA dry-hopped with the powerhouse quartet of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata. It is punchy, resinous, and loaded with notes of passionfruit and bright citrus.
- Thatch Whistler (5%): A beautifully executed Extra Special Bitter (ESB). Brewed with traditional East Kent Goldings hops, it provides an earthy, herbal snap over a toasted, nutty malt base.
- Concordance (5.25%): A traditional Czech-style Pilsner that features a spicy Saaz hop presence and a clean, decoction-mashed malt profile.
