Spiteful Brewing
- Sun Soaked (5%): This Mexican-style Lager is built for the warm days ahead. Brewed with flaked maize for a crisp, light-bodied finish, it is a refreshing, easy-drinking staple that pairs perfectly with a lime.
- Working for the Weekend (7.9%): One of Chicago’s most iconic Double IPAs. This American IPA is loaded with hop character, offering a bold citrus and tropical fruit punch balanced by a sturdy malt backbone. It’s the ultimate reward after a long week of work.
Equilibrium Brewery
- Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud (11%): This is a true “pastry stout” masterpiece. This Imperial Stout was aged in premium bourbon barrels before being conditioned on peanuts, marshmallows, and lactose. The result is a viscous, decadent pour with notes of chocolate-covered peanut butter treats and toasted vanilla.
- Neoblast (8.5%): A massive collaboration with our friends at Aslin Beer Company. This Hazy DIPA was brewed using Yakima Chief Hops’ “Survivable Hop Blend”—a specific selection of hops rich in compounds that withstand the heat of the whirlpool to maximize flavor. It is then heavily dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Sabro, Sultana, and Citra for an explosion of pineapple, coconut, and bright citrus.
