This special barrel selection is a commemorative release for the 75th Anniversary of the Grayslake Area Chamber of Commerce!
The Commemorative Barrel Details:
To create this truly unique spirit, I selected an Estate Bourbon that will undergo a fascinating double finishing process:
- Jamaican Rum Cask Finish: The bourbon is first aged in Jamaican Rum barrels.
- Brazilian Amburana Wood Finish: It will then be further finished with Brazilian Amburana Wood.
We are anticipating delightful notes of banana and cinnamon bark in a bourbon that will perfectly warm the soul in the coming winter months. This collaboration highlights the incredible “Grain to Glass” commitment of Whiskey Acres.
Expected Release & Event
Bottles will be presold here. The anticipated bottle pickup is in Late November, just in time for the Festival of Lights & Holiday Market on Black Friday, right here in the Grayslake Village Center!
