Grayslake, IL – Sometimes you need yoga. Sometimes you need a beer. And sometimes, you need both! Join us for a fun and relaxing Bend & Brew session at Beer Bazaar!
This ALL-LEVEL flow class is led by Kristin from Trillium Yoga, is the perfect way to find your zen. You’re invited to drink a beer before, during, or after your session—it’s your choice! Just be sure to bring your own mat and get ready for a good time.
Your $20 ticket includes a 1-hour yoga session and a 5oz pour of your choice. As an added bonus, all participants will receive 10% off all bottles and cans to go, so you can stock up on your favorites after you find your zen.
