How This Book Club in Grayslake Works
Our monthly meeting is completely low-pressure. First, grab any book you are currently enjoying. It can be a physical paperback, a digital e-book, or even an audiobook. Next, you can share a quick summary of the plot with other readers. We simply love to talk about our current literary adventures together.
Then, we test a fun philosophy. We discuss if the first 15 pages of a book truly show the quality of the rest of the story. Consequently, you will leave the shop with a great list of new ideas to read later. It is a fantastic way to meet other literary friends in a casual setting.
Join Our Free Community Library Exchange
Additionally, you can participate in our ongoing book swap. Feel free to bring a book you finished and loved. Next, you can add it directly to our store’s Community Library shelves.
It is a great way to share your favorite authors with neighbors in the Village of Grayslake. Furthermore, you can pick out a different book from the shelf to take home with you. You can even log your new titles on websites like Goodreads to keep your reading goals on track this summer.
